1: Waterproof pretreatment at the base level

The additional waterproof layer of the waterproof membrane of the inclined gutter is arranged from bottom to top, and the width of the two sides is ≥1000mm.

If other nodes need to be waterproofed in advance, they should also be treated first.

2: Laying of insulation board

Auxiliary method: empty shop or paste (according to the construction plan)

When the thickness of the insulation layer is greater than 70mm, it should be laid in two layers. When laying the next layer of insulation board, a 40*48mm connecting wooden strip (perpendicular to the roof ridge direction) should be embedded. The net spacing between the connecting wooden strips is 600mm width of the insulation board

The connecting wooden slats are fixed to the roof with Φ8 nylon expansion bolts, the bolt anchoring depth is ≥50mm, the bolt spacing is ≤500mm, and the bolts on the same wooden slat ≥2.

3: Laying of Dofferi® Wave Asphalt Waterproof Board

1. Lay from the cornice towards the roof ridge, and the first row protrudes 50mm from the cornice to prevent the phenomenon of urination after completion. The length direction overlap ≥ 100mm, the lateral overlap 1-2 waves.

Elastic line: Snap the control line parallel to the roof ridge at a distance of L-50mm from the cornice, and then elastic the line every L-100mm to the roof ridge. The 3m-spaced bullets are perpendicular to the control line of the roof to ensure the accuracy and straightness of the installation position (L: the length of the waterproof board).

2. From the cornice to the roof ridge, the first row protrudes 50mm from the cornice to prevent the cornice from being urinated after completion. The length direction overlap ≥ 100mm, the lateral overlap 1-2 waves.

3. The longitudinal seams of the upper and lower rows are staggered by 1/3 or 1/2 of the board width. When encountering gutters, dormer windows, etc., cut with elastic thread to ensure that the straightness of the cutting section is less than or equal to 4mm/m; the size of the cutting is ≥ The external dimension of the component +10mm.

The installation height of the roof ridge is flush with the top of the roof ridge.

When the tile hanging construction cannot be carried out in time, it shall be temporarily fixed to prevent slipping and being blown off by the wind; the fixing parts shall be fixed on the wave crest of the waterproof board.

4: installation of hanging tiles

The hanging tiles should be made of Duoferui® matching polymer anticorrosive hanging tiles or red and white pine wood strips with anti-corrosion treatment, the specification is ≥28mm*38mm, and fixed with Φ8 expansion bolts. The length of the expansion bolt = the thickness of the hanging tile + the wave height of the waterproof board + the thickness of the insulation layer + the depth of the concrete (≥ 50mm). The expansion bolt must be nailed to the wave crest of the waterproof board. If the position is offset, the nail hole shall be sealed after pulling it out. Re-punch adjacent crests.

The number of expansion bolts ≥ 7pcs/m2

When drilling with a percussion drill, place a limit mark on the drill bit to ensure that the depth of the hole is consistent with the length of the bolt.

When drilling holes, step on the tile to avoid movement, and make the drill bit perpendicular to the roof as much as possible to ensure that the tile will not be displaced after the bolts are nailed down.

The spacing between the hanging tiles depends on the specifications of the roof tiles and the overlap length.

It is recommended to use two spaced wooden strips to ensure the spacing when fixing the hanging tiles. The length = the spacing between the hanging tiles-the width of the hanging tiles

Hanging tiles inspection and acceptance

From the roof ridge to the cornice, 90° and 60° (angle with the roof ridge) for vertical flatness benchmark inspection to ensure the overall flatness of the roof after the tiles are installed (±4mm)

5: installation of cornice retaining grate

Install at the cornice to prevent birds, leaves and other debris from entering the space under the tile to ensure ventilation.

6: tile installation

The tiles are installed from the cornice to the roof ridge from bottom to top, the top and bottom are staggered and overlapped, and the left and right are overlapped in the direction of the main wind all year round.

When the roof slope is greater than 45 degrees or in coastal typhoon areas, special fixing of tiles needs to be considered.
